I have an antique dealer friend who wants me to make an offer on this old trike. I should offer him a fair price, can't low ball him which I don't do anyway. Wouldn't fit in my collection, would probably bring it to Monroe, what do you think?

Thanks for the comments, I might offer him 200, hoping that’s not too much, maybe taking a chance, but he is a tough nut to crack. I need for him to keep finding me stuff.
Trikes with "real spoke wheels" are cool, but they never sell for much, at least for me. $200 sounds like a no profit left it for you price.
So if you can't make any money, do the buddy thing, tell him you will take it to the swap meet and offer it for sale. He gets whatever the sold price was. No risk to you, and you keep your prospector happy for future business. If he's nervous, let him set a minimum sale price.
