Shoulder bolt for Hawthorne front end

FOUND - I need at least one like these pictures for the front end of a 1948-50 Hawthorne with suspension front fork. This goes on the pivoting part of the fork rocker. Threads are 3/8-24, overall length is a little under an inch, shoulder diameter is 7/16. FOUND ONE. Thanks, Gordon

Here is one that is similar, except for the size of the threaded bolt part. This one appears to be only 1/4 inch.

Okay, I went and found my caliper and here are the measurements: head from flat side to flat side is 7/8 inch; overall length is 1 1/16 inch; shoulder diameter is 7/16 inch and bolt size is 5/16 inch.
