Look Ma, No Hands!
I found this cool antique tire pump online.
Im thinking of picking it up this weekend.
It's a Sidel-Rattner hand pump made in Brooklyn, NY. They don't seem to be very popular, but five minutes of digging revealed a patent date of 1920. Not much history about the company, or if it was targeted for bicycles or cars. I guess if it held air, that pump was fine. Looks like brass/bronze/cast iron base, so not too portable for bikes.
Anybody care to enlighten me?
