It looks like it was recently painted. Is it a repop or an original restored?

It's nice... porcelain. I was told it's original. Does have imperfections and scratches.... Some rust. Who knows someone is gonna get a deal.... This is not the painted metal type that looks cheap...some time and care went into the porcelain ones plus it's heavier than the cheaply made ones.
