In 1812 the local Potawatomi Indians chopped up all the people at Fort Dearborn except one. That looks like the fort in the background. Now we have more killed each day in the "City Of Progress". Junk Schwinns are safely made overseas.
 
Interesting information on Fort Dearborn; had no idea that was in the artwork (maybe was thinking Lincoln Logs?).

I read that the Miami Indians were also involved in the battle. So if an Indian tribe fights for the losing side in a war (i.e., 1812), they do not get a bicycle named after them; (or if the name is too hard to spell?).
