Finally riding a big boys bike
LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. I just pulled this out of storage. Going to take try and sell it at a swap meet in a few weeks but want to know what this is. Looks like a lot of different parts. Frame has an H1 starting serial # on rear dropout. Tires are both 26 X 2.125, front wheel is a stamped Schwinn S2 and not in bad shape,, rear rim is smooth but has a Bendix brake arm. Frame and guard look to be repainted, fenders look like original paint. 2 speed hub but only 1 gear works as there is no shifter. Has a Schwinn badge on it. Does not look like a Schwinn Springer, some inexpensive springer I would say. Is this called a twin straight bar frame? Bike rides and stops well.
I have been told this is probably a 1961 Tornado or Skipper Schwinn bike except for the non Schwinn Parts. Nice riding bike, asking $250. If you are ;local, can pick it up, and are interested please PM me. Also would take possibly as trade 20" Schwinn parts. Please do not ask me to ship, my decision, local pick up only from me in San Jose, CA. Thanks.

Finally riding a big boys bike
I’d doubt it. The ad said no shipping located in North Cali, and 442 is located in PA
Funny thing. I didn’t get THIS bike from Mike, but another he has. A friend of mine is picking it up for me. This circle of friends we call the CABE is large. That’s why I see people suggest, even if you won’t ship, list it. You may be surprised.
