I am not sure the year exactly but this is the rare early version of the motorbike/cycleplane. The seat post is loose and includer along with the kickstand. The dropouts looks great and overall a nice item. One headbadge screw is broken off but that's easy to fix.

Believe your frame is a ''one-year-only'' design.

1935. /////Could very-well be wrong.

Early ''streamlining'' endeavor … note straight
seat stays. Believe subsequent years sported
curved seat stays.

Amazed that you are making this very-difficult
to find relic available -- at any price.
