Solid 1 wire gear shift cable

Hi All I am looking for a rear derailleur cable for an old Physiofit free spirit 10 speed (uncertain of year)
The rear derailleur is five speeds controlled by a solid single wire (push/pull) cable.
Shifter is stem mounted. The front derailleur is standard cable pull only. Has anyone had experience with these?

Shimano Positron system. Short lived and usually found on lower end equipment.

Are you looking for the wire only or the wire and housing?

Hi Rusty Thanks for the response. I just need the wire, but will consider both if the cost is not too high.
Thanks to your information I was able to locate one on Ebay!
