I just got this one off a estate.
Story goes it was bought maybe in 42-'44 time.
I'd like to know a year & anything else
It's very unique 2 headlights
Long tank

Is the chainguard original?
I can't seem to find one like that in my Huffman book.

I don't believe it is. Close but it looks too big. If you search Huffman Big Tank on here you will see a few. Similar guard.

Could it be a Manton & Smith or some sort of aftermarket guard?
It definitely not a Colson & while its close in shape to a Huffman, I don't think it's a Huffman either.
