Someone named screenatee on ebay is using my book name and image to sell products

I paid to have the name copyrighted. What would you do? They're using the "Many Faces of Schwinn" name with a shot of "my badge" from the cover of "my book". I emailed them but had no response so far. I then contacted ebay and I'm waiting for a response from them. Barry

And it has your name on it! Good Gawd, what idiots! Keep on sending them messages and saying your going to press the issue of them using your image. I did that with a spoke seller that was using a picture of my bike and canceled the auction and then deleted my picture and relisted the spokes.

Yea but it looks like copyright infringement doesn't mean anything to them--look at all the other tiems they are selling. I hope they pull the item. V/r Shawn
