Spoke Length Question.

Would any of you experts know what wheels would use Torrington 11-1/4" spokes?I have a good pile of them and need to know an application.and they are double butted.

Just for reference to give an idea of possible rim size, the S-6 and Rigida 27" rims take a spoke about 11 15/32 for three cross and about 11 31/32 for four cross.
How about a 27" wood racing wheel, S-14?
