When installing the springer for does the washer that slides down the slot go under the springer yoke or below it? Thank you for helping me

As far as I know it is the last thing to go on before the nut goes on. Let's see what others have to say.

Thats how it is now nut as you said see what others will sau

It goes under the crown nut. It’s there so when you go to tighten the nut, the springer and race don’t twist when you do...
