Springer parts interchange

Quick question for the gurus. Which of the chrome parts are interchangeable between a prewar and postwar springer?

From my minor experience all of the chrome parts should interchange. The truss rods may not fit at the top, but should. I have a 41” springer with the chrome parts from a phantom carcass. They may not be entirely accurate and someone could tell the difference but it will ride the same
