Found Square Head Bolts Needed Please!

I am in need of 4 square head bolts to be able to finish my Jonas Knoll Springframe bicycle. In need of four: 1 or 1 1/4 inch long, 3/8" diameter with 16 t.p.i bolts. These are for the proprietary seat clamp system that seems to be found only on this bicycle. Please send me a PM or advise where I can buy these. Many thanks!
