Star Cruiser/Earth Cruiser

Doing some research on this new to me Star Cruiser I picked up last week. I could find very little info on these other than some suspect it was a rebadged Jamis Earth Cruiser. Found good picts of someones Earth Cruiser here on the CABE and on line and began comparing. I've included the serial number in the event someone here has any knowledge. I'd like to figure out the year if possible.
Seat Post and clamp and chain ring appear to be the same.

The frame also appears to have a straight section coming off the head tube.

Possibly LW, Lee World badged. Maybe akisu fork equipped, should have date code on steer tube.

Yes, I believe it is Lee World also. The fork is Akisu so I'll pull it to see if it's dated. Great thought.
