A great TOC Stearns road racer project bike; great frame and fork, older repaint. The bars, chain ring, chain, cranks, and hubs have awesome nickel. US Rubber Road Racer tires (NOS but have crazed surface). Incredible Steans branded block chain. $1,150 shipped or $1,000 at Oley, or Monroe. Great condition, pedals do not have dust caps; not sure how ones would attach? Missing the fork script top caps but someone has recast these, maybe Rodney?
