Look Ma, No Hands!
I am still trying to identify the model and year of this Murray built bicycle, it came to me with no fenders, chainguard or headbadge. The serial number is s-16230 Thank you for your time and any information you can give me. Gerry

I'd venture to say around 1938/9. The straight downtube and seat tube are the hallmarks of the earlier versions of this frame, in later versions both are curved. Another possibility is it could have been badged as a Western Flyer.
 
I wonder how many different bike manufacturers wore the Derby badge? My 41 Rollfast is Derby badged as well.
