I know this has been discussed before, but with no clear answers. Could anyone verify if a Sturmey Archer 3 Speed Rear Hub will bolt up directly to a 1956 Schwinn (BF Goodrich) Phantom, with no additional engineering necessary? And would it be necessary to change the Phantom rear sprocket to achieve the proper 3 speed gear ratio? Thanks for any advice.
