Sunday Morning Mystery Part Theatre...

I was hunting around in an old bike shop yesterday and found the attached bag with two of these arms. I thought the bag was super cool. It is fabric and has an order card attached to the bottom.

But what are the mystery parts in the bag? There is a number stamped on the bag, is that a Schwinn part number? They seem like they are a cable guide of some sort? Does anyone know what these are used for? Thanks in advance for the info!

Maybe @detroitbike can ID the part number. If not, possibly Charlie on the SBF? The socket and hole does make it look like some kind of bracket for cables.

You are right I was just searching the part #, Must have been thrown in the bag.

Or maybe I should go back and look for part 4470
