I've been buying on and off a few WW2 relics,nothing major,but when I like them and they are affordable I'll buy them. I thought this feild find German helmet would look great next to my nice American helmet.
I love the even rust and even better.. the shrapnel holes

I also scored this Uncleaned super nice 1961 Murray pedal tractor off FB!

I broke out the big boy wallet this week. Just a few years ago I never even looked twice at tractors. But now I find myself with a bunch of excavation work and you literally can't even find someone to do it around here. Nevermind that the rates are way beyond anything I can afford. I'm pretty excited to see what I can do with this thing.

The Ramsey catalog shows four pedal variants and has lots of words and diagrams explaining the pedal design plus ten pages of testimonials. Here are some more pages:

I found these two parts cabinets. Just a little clean up and straitening and they will work perfectly for bicycle parts! The AC cabinet came filled with gaskets and small parts. Not sure what to do with those as I wont be rebuilding fuel pumps or carburetors any time soon lol...

I added a couple of new riders to the fleet this week by finishing off my J.C. Piggins pig bike project for the buildoff over on RRB.

I also gave in to temptation & picked up a 29" bmx bike by Framed that was posted on CL for about a month. N.I.B. I wanted a bike to learn to ride wheelies.

Mmmmmm, new bike smell! (much different than the bikes I usually bring home!)

FINALLY found a home for valve caps that have been taking up space on my pegboard far too long.

I couldn't beat it for $200!! Should be a lot of fun!

Originals were 1901 to 1908 on the motorcycles. Maybe a few years later. The same with bicycles I think.

They did not start using these badges on the motorcycle (or bicycle) until 1903.
