Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Wow, you are killing it. the Smithsonian should be envious of your acquisitions.Busy few days here. I unloaded a bear of a crate that belonged to racer Will Stinson along with his Red Wing, G. W. Grady New England Cycle Co. bicycle, with his initialed saddle. Huge thanks to @kccomet. A beautiful photograph reproduction showing Columbia’s exhibit in Paris arrived from the French Bibliothèque. The image prominently shows the racer Model 44; this will look great displayed with my Columbia 44. The 1988 Mountain Klein from @Leoncito arrived (thank you!); I am looking for parts to make it factory stock. I am also thrilled to finally get this 19th century lithograph of the Columbia/Hartford factories; it is almost 5 feet wide! It will be sent off to a paper conservator to de-acidified and have the stains removed.
