Only couple things this week, but they finished a 8-10 month project! Had a seat top restored by a person who wants to remain anonymous because the pan was so fudgeed up that it took a lot of work to make it happen and of course it’s Bfg stamped and I think it’s perfect for what I needed! Received 2 sets of mesinger repop seat tabs for the seat and choose the nickel finish so have an extra set of chrome tabs now! Many thanks to @rustjunkie for the tabs and the they them for the top!
seat has exactly the look was going for! Thanks again @thetheythem
More forward movement on the addition to celler Man Cave Krate/Music room. Also picked up a nice Toronado tin Police car at an antique show for $65.00!! What a deal!! Needs a front windshield, but I've made those before with mixed results. I bought a Coke case rack that seems to fit toy cars well, and finally the power top is working well on my '61. Heather my G/F and I had a nice paddle on a local river on Monday, saw some wildlife and logs that looked Wild!! Also a cool record player followed me home, couple of neat transitors, outboard and cabin cruiser. I don't usually pitch people or business, but make exceptions, especially for Cabers.
These Schwinn Krate posters I bought from Etsy for the 2nd time. John is on the Cabe also. @Coffeeboss
I highly recommend the quailty, service and value. Just contact John or do a search on Etsy. Here is a small description: These 18 by 24 unframed Museum-quality posters are made on thick and durable matte paper. They are shipped in a triangular tube that is very sturdy and keeps the poster from being damaged. It's the perfect poster that adds a touch of retro charm to any space. Don't miss your chance to own this one-of-a-kind vintage Schwinn poster!
