Another Saturday antique trip.

I had a fun weekend picking. I got a nice 24" Schwinn at an estate sale along with a box of old faucet handles and the lacrosse sticks. I found the fishing creel and pipe at an antique shop.

You know I am always amazed at what people collect. I don't mean that in a bad way. I think those old spigot handles are cool. There are collectors out there for almost everything.

I got them for some art projects for my wife. I got the whole box for $6.

A Boy Scout Flashlight from circa 1932. I did some research and apparently this was the first flashlight made for outdoor use. The Army used this design idea for their WW II lights. Got this a while back and just found in the back of my closet.

Got a straight one case # 2604 ,has the beer goggle lens, think a flaming cattail may put out more light

Heres an odd one,,as in the fact that this is the SAME make/model/color/tires Higgins as the one I picked up a few months ago..Heres the odd part..I picked up the TOP one from the also the same guy who had the bottom one..

And heres the OTHER one..Kinda weird,huh?

I picked this Bike a month ago or so finally had time to work on it still not done but it’s getting there.

I some how managed to squeeze and finagle a Schwinn Airdyne into my rear hatch door today. One inch larger in any dirrection and I'm not sure if I would have been able to take it home. The saddle had to be removed just to help clear angles.

Its still in the car now, but here is a better photo I found on the internet of what they look like.

I really did not need it, but for less than 10$ I had to at least try and make it fit. Before purchase I tested it out and the LCD computer still works.

I think the last time I rode one of these was on a 90's era cruise ship. Its going to be a gift to my mother, to replace another older model schwinn stationary bike I gave her about a year ago for rehap purposes after spinal surgery.

Elliptical before elliptical was inventented.

Finally made it to a swap with no intention of buying a bike and actually stuck to my guns!!! But still went home with one that a friend gifted me a long time ago and had it with him for the OBC Fall Swap yesterday. Thank you @Schwinn1776 !!

A nicely rusted Sears Spyder that will be an easy rider with an overhaul, new rubber, grips and make the seat a bit nicer.

Then picked up a Raleigh Sports on the way home a friend found. It was owned by an old bike mechanic that gave it to her and is fully tuned and ready to go. Just needs new tires to fill the fenders at it has 26"x1 1/4" now.

Hub is dated 54 10

And has a Shimano 600 arabesque derailleur fir the 2 speed cog.

Currently has an alloy Araya wheel on front but will swap original back in when I get tires. Also came with the original bar/stem, crank, bottom bracket, kickstand and pedals.

This will be a fun little ripper with some new tires and leather Brooks saddle! Love the 3ttt stem & bars.
