Nice prewar track style bicycle rolled into our shop last week. As is the case sometimes, I’m not sure of the frame builder. Has decals stating “Hornet”. Seat tube decals spell out “Blue Hornet” and bottom bracket has serial number plus word “hornet” stamped. Larger round seat tube decal at top has letters “WRCA Incorporated” but that’s all I can make out. We think there is a chance it may have been built by a local bike shop owner Grover Horn in the 1930’s. Any help with the ID would be appreciated.
Otherwise, all British equipped componentry with almost like-new set of Gillette Road Racer tires.
