I purchased a Royal microscope. I told my wife I plan on finding a cure for bike collecting. That brought a tear to her eyes. In reality I plan on using it to isolate her nagging gene and neutralize it before next week ;) Next week her nagging gene will be on full melt down. I have two arrivals coming in. Wish me luck :)

Man that is over the top cool! How old is it?

I put in a new to me work bench it’s in but I still have some cleaning to do . Also went to a local hobby shop today & took the opportunity to visit a near by bicycle friend . Any hobby shop you can drive to I consider local these days . I went there a few years back and remember buying some Tamiya stuff they didn’t value it as much as the modern stuff they sell.
I was going to buy a black edition Clod Buster online they had this priced the same as the cheepest I could find in line. So I grabbed this to help with parts for the 10 Clods I’m in the process of restoring . Then they had a box of random Tamiya parts still so I grabbed all the Clod stuff plus a couple of other parts for $60. Thought that was fair enough being some of it was stuff I needed now .

That's a neat little Craftsman vise.

It was a pretty solid week (too much, really, but all these came up and I’ve learned to not pass on opportunities).

Stumbled upon this CTC sign and just thought it was unique on this side of the pond.

I haven’t received it, but I just won this Schrader cabinet at auction today. For those that see my post about refinishing the last one I bought, this one looks much cleaner.

The Tissot watch is from the mid-90’s when Cannondale was an absolutely dominant force in mountain biking (the golden age of mtb really). It needs some work, but it has a pretty simple ETA quartz movement.
