Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Happy Summer everyone.
Don't forget your mask.

Let's see what relics you've found from the past week.
Whether, it be bike related or not.
Please, include pictures as we do love pictures!

Picked up this Hawthorne tank for a project.
Thanks Gabor.

Scored a 1953 Hawthorne mens bike. It's an old skiptooth and got a lot of goodies with it.i really like this HAWTHORNE HEADLIGHT AND HORN COMBO.Horn is build into the light. It was never used and worked as soon as I put in batteries. Not a perfect bike but the goody box was well worth the price. Also got a new skip tooth chain, seats, pedals, extra handlebars, etc.

I actually bought these sometime ago but because MLC/AA didn’t happen I didn’t get them. We are road tripping this weekend. First stop was Chicago to drop off a couple bikes to @Patrick FitzGerald who owns the original Schwinn factory. He has retained the integrity of the original structure and, from the outside, the building looks almost exactly like it did in 1895 when Ignaz first moved in. You can even see some of the original paint at the top of the building. Pat was also gracious enough to give us a quick tour of downtown. I had also brought my 1898 Schwinn Model 22 for a photo op. Next was Paw Paw Illinois to pick up a seat cane I bought from @cr250mark-neat piece-thanks Mark! last stop for bike stuff was in west St Louis for a Rollfast exercise bike that I bought from @REDAIR13. This is currently the only Rollfast I own. Lest you think the hobby is dying and just full of oldtimers I can assure you Adam has more than enough passion and enthusiasm to move the hobby forward. Today we leave my parents house and head back. Stay safe! V/r Shawn

I finally managed to find a Huffy Rail That I could pick up .One pic if before the other is after a overhaul. I have cut down on what I’m buying for the time. Being but had to have this . I also bought a cool chain guard lot on a Market place group. I’m going to rebracket one guard for my Elgin Twin Bar.
