John, that is a fantastic table. Here's what you can do with it.
Even "straight" frames need a little tweaking now and then. It's all about achieving parallel. Once you have a table like yours, those dialed-in wheelsets will roll on down the road smack dab center no handed thanks to the frame being "straight."

All you need is a big spacer, a nut and bolt and a couple heavy washers. Nice find.
