I had to wait until now for the auction to end , but I got my Delta fix for the week. Teen's / '20's 3 D-cell Delta fibre tube flashlight , looks to be NOS. Very hard to find these Delta fibre flashlights , you'll see 10,000 of any other manufacture brand for every one of these in any size.
Also a couple more early pinewood derby cars.

Ive been on a toy kick for the passed few months. Specifically buck rogers, clash of the titans, star wars and gallactica. Only 79s and 80s.

cool, I sold this 1977 12 back set about 12 years ago for 10k.

Kind of an amazing story how i got them. About 20 years ago i met a guy that just moved into my neighborhood he was riding a new reproduction Schwinn so i asked him if he wanted to see the real thing in my garage , he instantly fell in love and wished he'd met me 6 months earlier , he wouldn't have bought a reproduction. So 6 or 7 years later he shows up at my house with a paper bag with all these SW toys and ask me if i know much about them , ( they literally walked up to my house ) he had got them free for helping an old lady hoarder clean out a storage unit and her house , she had bought them new when the first movie came out.
I knew they had some ? value and i knew this guy still wanted an original Schwinn more than his repro. so i made him an offer to trade a 59 Schwinn deluxe Tornado i had $300 in for the set of SW figures and he accepted. After about a month on ebay of people trying to get me to sell luke separate , some guy drove down from the SF bay area and paid 10 k cash then left my house and took his girlfriend to Disneyland . Some serious SW collectors were saying i could have got 10k for Luke by itself if the lightsaber in his hand was fully visible , it wasn't fully extended out in the package like the others were and some people thought it was broken off . It was one crazy experience that i was happy when it was over. If you thought some of us bicycle collectors are crazy nuts, try dealing with the SW collecting community.
