this is what i can tell you , there cream , ride smooth , there special made for our dutch bicycle club , there fits on most european 28 inch bicycles ,there made new on old molds , so that is without a reflection stripe on the tire , today tires here has reflection on the sides of the tire , so there new and $30 each + shipping costs ,
