UPDATE: Went out and saw the bike. It's Dutch, not English.
The local non-profit bike shop had lost their location. Real loss for the community.
Everything is on sale according to their website. And they had this one way up in the rafters when I was there a few months ago donating some bikes and parts.

This shop helped a lot of young people learn to work on bikes in the last decade.

There was a 40s-50s ladies Schwinn that I didn't have a chance to get a good look at but did notice it had an original label from our local Bike Shop Stone's Cyclery since 1943. If I can find time I'll try to get out and see these two close up.
