Looks like a Huffy Daisy Daisy. Chain ring is different though. Not sure about the drop stand. 60's

I was going to say 50-60's Murry or Huffy till I took a closer look but maybe a homemade frame with Pre war frame end/dropstand and a CWC swan fork??
 
Looks well done in the fuzzy pic if it's homemade build. As long as it's not bubble gum welded I would ride it solo
