Teens Bicycle rack or Motorcycle?

Ok guys, I picked this rack up the other day and it looks too big to be a bicycle rack unless it was a heavy duty one . If it's a motorcycle, any ideas of a teens or twenty motorcycle that it may of came off of? I used a teens bicycle rack in the photos for comparison.

Similar to the early 1900’s Iver Johnson rack....

Could be oversize bicycle rack ...AND / OR ...
built for motorcycle application.

Miami-Built ... regardless.
