Hey all. My landlords pulled out this pic of their grandmother. I really like the pic and was wondering if anyone could help identifying the bike she’s holding? Thanks for any input!

Those tillers are killer! Interesting that it has that big delta dry cell battery can but no sign of a headlight or tail light.
