Looks like a Frankenbike. Shelby wishbone frame, looks like an Elgin crankset. Decal looks like a Snyder built badge. Wald pedals. Possibly replacement chrome fenders.

"Standard" name can be a source of confusion as there are two or three different Standard marques in Germany, one in Belgium and one in Australia.
at least this transfer clears says "U.S.A."
the presence of holes for headplate fasteners makes one wonder which came first, the transfer or the headplate holes. would think it unlikely both are "original"...
