Nice collection of plugs!
I needed one awhile back and made one out of a quarter. I domed it over the end of a ball-pean hammer .
Turned out pretty well actually, and it will NEVER RUST. (Don't turn me in for de facing a quarter OK? )

Find a socket the same diameter as the quarter and sandwich the quarter between the socket and the ball end of the hammer and start smacking it!

I'll jump in and say Wes did something for me that he has done for countless others, but I really appreciate finding him... I had a locking prewar Schwinn fork with no key, I sent him the AN code and for $12 I got two brass keys cut (he didn't happen to have OG Yale/AS keys for this one) and delivered to my mailbox. Last night I popped the key in and it worked like a champ. A small miracle here and such a great solve! Thank you Wes! @WES PINCHOT
