Not a common bike in the North,very complete other than the missing badge.Wheels can still be used,front fork ends need to be silver soldered or properly welded at the axle,see picWhen I found this bike, one of the members sent me a great pic of his very nice identical bike other than it had no fenders,he notified me of a correct clean badge on Ebay which I bid up to almost 400$ Canuck! and still lost it!Maybe you are interested,maybe you feel sorry for me & want to sell me a badge?Thought it might be better for one of our neighbours south or anywhere for that matter.Fowler is also a name that used this frame style earlier.Please let me know more info on this bike if you can?
