May 10th, 1900 The Bicycling World and American Cyclist magazine. 23 pages. The first page is a supplemental poster for Palmer tires. This was an industry trade mag and has some cool articles about the bike business. Check out the articles about steam powered motorcycles and cushion frames ! Tons of great ads.
