Lots of info on Fowler on the web, but finding this exact badge will take more digging. I’m bored, I’ll start digging!

I think your badge is the later one after '03 approx if I'm not mistaken. It's definitely NOT 1894 - 1903. I'm pretty sure of that. I've got lots on Fowler during these yrs. I have seen that style before though.
