They had plants in Hartford, Meriden, and Bristol. They started with the bell company in Bristol, but made it big in the bearings business, and of course the coaster brakes, expanding into the Hartford and Meriden plants. They also made precision bearings for the famed Norden Bombsight in WWII. The former plant at 290 Pratt Street in Meriden is now a multi-use commercial type building with a variety of businesses in it.
