Riding my double-diamond C-Model. Yes, I said it.
Hey everybody, I have finally made another run of the Pedal Pusher shirts available again, in this 3rd run (last run was 2021!).
So, there are some changes... my last screener moved to Oakland, and he just leaves his windows blown out in his car from crime since he moved there so I had to find a new screener. The cost of making screens and pulling colors went up, I interviewed/received quotes from 6 local screeners before picking one that maintains good quality. Unfortunately the cost of blank shirts went up substantially as well. The price of a finished shirt went up about $4-$5 since 2021, depending on size. The one thing that did not change is the quality... 6oz 100% cotton is sourced where possible and is the thickest cotton available. No cutting corners here.
For this and all subsequent runs I am dedicating 50% of the proceeds into a fund for Mike Vorgang. He was last seen a couple of years back in Oceanside, CA - and Charlie @PedalPusher!Charlie and I believe he could use a little help. Along with his mom Gertrude, Mike was a steward in all ways at the Pedal Pusher in it's heyday and this is just a small way to honor him, and give back. If anyone crosses paths with him please let me know - Thanks! Mike
Just go to my Etsy store and pick your color and size, long sleeve or short, and pay for the order. Just input your shipping address and I will get them in the mail. Quantities shown are in stock, and are automatically updated as orders are placed.

I spent over 40 hours on the artwork, Autocycle was re-drawn directly from an image in the original Schwinn catalog, and converted to three-color screen art. If you have not seen these in person I think you will be impressed by the level of intricate detail that is captured in these silkscreens. My new screener told me I really pushed the limits of detail in the screening process.
The quality of the shirts themselves and the print-work are exceptional, and some of you may notice a slight improvement of the artwork. I have a few of my own in constant rotation for several years and colors are still bright.
These are ready to ship.
Thanks everybody.

- All shirts have the Pedal Pusher logo design with the 1937 Schwinn Autocycle on the reverse, and the pedal design on the front chest area.
- If you have any special requests (colors or sizes not offered) shoot me a PM here and I will get them into the next run, which I will run as stock goes down a bit.
- For orders of more than two shirts hit me up as shipping options for larger orders are not covered clearly on the site. I will be happy to ship large orders in USPS Flat rate boxes at $11.00, $19.30 or $26.00. I can get quite a few shirts in the last two boxes depending on short or long sleeve.
