The Schwinn Hornet Patina Bike

I picked up this Schwinn Hornet a last week back now from an auction. It seems to be pretty original. I did have the tank missing up ended up getting one from @Hoagie57. It just got it in today and did a fit test to see how it looks before I go through the horn and detail it. As you can see the back rack is bent, the tires are garbage and it has lots of that patina which is what I enjoy. Goal is to bring it in the house this winter and tear it down to clean it up and give it a good polishing to bring back the paint. Hope to start riding it when spring rolls around. Can't wait to enjoy a boys tank bike for the first time.
