On Training Wheels
Good morning I found a tricycle on the head badge it says the Speedy tubular I can't find any information out when it was made or what company it was made by any help would be appreciated

Could possibly be an early Garton tricycle. I'm figuring it dates to the earlier 1920s with the short spring seat. That toy company did produce a "Speedy" model and could have added "tubular" to the head badge because using tubular steel on tricycles was a recent design change at the time. Trikes were made with strap steel in earlier years, and that construction method was still being used on cheaper models in the '20s. Here's a later 1930s Garton Speedy tricycle - https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/15650674_garton-toys-speedy-tricycle-16 Head badge designs on tricycles did change over the years and by the late 1930s tubular steel was the norm for frame material, so what you have could be an earlier version of the Garton Speedy when the switch to tubular frames was fairly recent.
