On Training Wheels
Just recently found these bars! Would they be considered Tiller Bars? A close friend had them re-plated 25 yrs ago. What bikes would they have been on?

Tiller bars have a definitive profile (side view), (not shown), but they don’t look like it.

Those bars appear to have some forward projection; tillers angle back, not forward or vertical-then-back.

They might look good upside-down as drop bars on an older racing-style bike?

Or maybe non-steering rear handle bars on a tandem (2-seater) bicycle?

I was thinking racing style too. Only 15" overall seems kind of tight but possible.
