Knowing my luck I'll find a Minty X-53 or Color Flo next week just missing the saddle... oh well..
can't keep em all.
Pix say it all. Perfect and beautiful NOS Troxel mens saddle for a variety of 1950s Deluxe bicycles.
The only saddle that competently competed with the Mesinger brand back in the 50's with this one.
Love the Tag in the spring. Catalog to show details but not included in price but may consider
selling along with the seat at extra cost.

Ahhh... a very nice Troxel saddle. But this model with side scuff plates and genuine leather covering was never, ever used on Western Flyer X-53. Never. All X-53 models used a deluxe Troxel with tan Koroseal vinyl covering and chrome crash ring. Those saddles definitely did not say "Genuine Leather" on them.

This saddle deserves a good home! Good luck...

You are welcome. But again...no X-53 ever used a scuff-plate model Troxel. Only a deluxe Troxel with a chrome crash ring. I knew who designed it and he was pretty proud of that saddle!
