Tip on cheap cassette single speed conversion

Looks hokey, but fits/works perfectly. Your local hardware or home improvement store has PVC pipe that
fits perfectly on a cassette body. I also purchased a special blade for my miter saw to cut it.

What size pipe is that? You could use craft acrylic paint to make that pipe black (or any other color you'd like). Just clean it up with some alcohol first.

Hhmm. Standard sizes (approximate inner diameters) for Schedule 40 PVC pipe are 1-1/4" and 1-1/2". Guess we're looking at 1-1/4 pipe.

Take a wheel into the hardware store Andy. It's what I did. I didn't do this to cheap it out. I'm just sick
of supply issues... If it works, it works. Most really don't care how it looks...
