Has anyone ever tried to get 28" tires back to a round shape? Any tricks or suggestions are completely welcome.

Tried hot water, slowly applying air pressure but there are quite a few pinholes.

Congratulations! That is quite the tire! Reed had this post a while back. He did a good job, may help. I have been looking for a vitalic tires for years with no luck. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Thank! I lucked into this tire. Gonna put it on my recently acquired Miami arch bar for display. I hope I have as good of luck as Reed did with his awesome tires.

Pep Boys sells propylene glycol (food grade antifreeze).
Heat up antifreeze to 110 degrees and soak any rubber in it to get back to a soft texture . Then wipe off and air up the tire, slightly....

Hope you can save it. I'd call it tire messaging though. Looks like it already went thru some yoga.
