I’ve tried every way, except applying the torch and can’t budge the crank pin.
I’m thinking about soaking the entire crankset in an ultrasonic bath, with oxalic acid.
There is only slight surface rust.
Any help from my friends?

I also have one of these. Hasn't been foiled yet. Bike Smith Design.

Luckily, the pin came out with the Park cotter press tool. I can now straighten the bent crank. Then the crank was removed. Now the very slim nut needs to be removed, that retains the sprocket on the shaft.
The opposite side is right hand thread.
Does that mean that the sprocket side nut is left hand thread?

Hoping to remove the nut, today.
Then straightening the bent crank and bathing everything in the oxalic ultrasonic bath....
