ToC Barnes Tandem bottom bracket/crank set removal

Finally riding a big boys bike
Hello everyone, hope I'm posting this in the right area.
I was hoping I can get a little help on some TOC hardware:

I have a per 1900 Barnes Tandem out of syracuse and I'm in the process of disassembly.

I'm familiar with american bob's but this has me stumped.
I'm not sure where I should go on getting the adjusting cone off of the crank set. I don't want to just use a drift and a hammer if I can avoid it. Anyone got any ideas? Bother the captain and stoker bbs are like this.

Thanks

Looks a bit like a freewheel or modern BB pattern

You could make a tool with a piece of pipe and a grinding disc

Recommend you put a ton of penetrating oil and some heat into it before you put a spanner to it
