Found Toc cottered cranks

Looking for a set of cranks similar to these. Cottered with 5 spoke sprocket. Could be on a frame.

I tried to I'd this frame for a while but it was almost like every ladies frame I saw had similar cranks but the frame design never matched. I'll see if I can find my info from when I researched to give you a couple companies to look at.
