I agree, but CCM, Colson, Pierce and other companies made two piece cranks with triangular tapers. I don't think that any of them are interchangeable. I did not want to say that it is an Iver without the measurements to compare with cranks that I have here.
 
Delving into the Catalogs a bit, I found this photo in the 1910 Catalog with a round pin on the Iver Crank Arm. This is an illustration and could be wrong. I've never seen an Iver Chainring with a round hole. Maybe Ivrjhnsn can help.

It is, however, on the non-spindle side arm before they changed the orientation to have the nut on the non-drive side.
 
This looks like it has a one piece crank but looks like the same sprocket. Don't know if it is actually original to the bike.
But the bike behind it looks to have the same sprocket as well.
